職位描述:崗位職責:1.認真執行公司和部門傳達的銷售政策,完成指定區域內既定銷售目標;2.根據銷售目標和各項指標,年初制訂區域的年度銷售計劃,并負責分解計劃和執行;3.負責客戶關系的建立與貫徹執行,負責指定區域內的老客戶跟蹤聯系,解決客戶需求,處理客戶報價,訂單和客戶服務,同時負責區域內新客戶的開發,新項目開發;4.負責建設、管理和維護區域市場的經銷商網絡和終端網絡;5.負責與工廠聯絡,支持銷售行為;6.總結客戶需求,協助市場部做市場調研工作,收集市場信息,如市場容量,產品,價格等;7.參加國內外專業醫療展會;8.處理區域經理交辦的其他事項。Responsibilities:1.To prepare sales plan, marketing strategy, sales forecast and achieve targets as defined in the plan;2.To establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing clients, to manage sales growth and profitability, and to follow up customers orders & enquiries, service;3.To develop new markets and new customers base, and to develop new business prospects to expand client base and increase distribution penetration4.To liaise with internal parties and factories to support sales execution, product & production development5.To support sales and market analysis on regular basis6.To participate in local and overseas Trade Show任職資格1.本科以上學歷,外貿/經濟/醫學類等相關專業;2.1年以上外貿銷售經驗,具備醫療行業外貿銷售經驗優先;3.精通英語,聽說讀寫流暢,會法語、德語、俄語、西班牙語者優先;4.責任心強,效率高,具有良好的溝通協調能力和工作統籌能力,抗壓性好;5.適應國內國外出差Job Requirements:1.Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing / Business or related discipline;2.At least 1 years working experience in Sales & Marketing Management.
